| Colombian international Teofilo Gutierrez’s long,Billiga Monster, drawn out transfer from Cruz Azul to Argentine giant River Plate has taken another twist, with the Liga MX club taking the case to FIFA’s Dispute Resolution Chamber, according to a press release from La Maquina.
